Pets: • Up to 2 dogs allowed • $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees. • Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine. • Large dog crate, dishes, leashes, blankets, and towels available for your furry friends.

Parking: • There is only room for 2 cars; one COMPACT car in the garage and one in the driveway. • On-street parking is not allowed. Cars parked on the street or blocking driveways will be towed • 110v trickle charge outlet outside. No extension cord provided

Children: • Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy. • Plastic dishware for children. • Puzzles and Board Games • Pack'n'Play is provided and located in the closet under the stairs.
