Beach Access: • 3-minute walk to the beach • 1-minute walk to town Pets: • Two well-behaved medium-sized dogs welcome. • $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes. • Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog. • The front yard is not a part of the house; it is City-owned. • Medium dog crate and leash provided. • Pooper scooper and poop bags are available.

Parking: • Parking for up to 2 cars, one in the garage and one in front of the vacation rental. • On-street parking is available • Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
