Check-in/out: • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Living Room: Queen pull-out sofa-bed

Bathrooms: • Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo • Bathroom 2: Half bath with toilet and sink.

Kitchen Amenities: • Appliances: Ninja blender, food processor, crockpot, toaster, electric hand mixer, popcorn maker, electric juicer, pizza stove. • Cooking: pots and pans, Teflon frying pans, mixing bowls, roasting pan, casserole dishes, strainer, cutting boards, steamer basket. • Baking: Muffin tin, cookie sheets, cake pan, rolling pin, pie dishes, wet and dry measuring cups, measuring spoons • Utensils: Whisks, spatulas, ladles, potato peeler, can opener, corkscrew, pizza cutter, scissors, ice cream scoop.

In Addition: • Charbroil Electric Grill on the balcony • The HOA does not allow propane or charcoal barbecues. However, the owners have provided a Charlbroil Electric Grill for our guests' use, only on the outside deck. • Linens: quality sheets, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels included. • Soaps: shampoos, conditioner, body bar soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. • Paper products: bath tissue and paper towels included.

Notes: • Unit located on the 2nd floor • Elevator and stairs available • Smoking is not allowed in the condo or within 25 feet of any entrance. This includes balconies. Guests in violation are subject to a $500 fine.
