This bright, clean, and open home takes full advantage of its elevated position over the ocean, and the vaulted ceilings bring in lots of extra light. The great room spans the front of the home, so family and friends can gather to watch for whales or enjoy the sunset together.
A dining nook lets you eat meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, or pull up a seat at the large kitchen island’s breakfast bar. You might prefer to take your plate out to the large deck, which includes a wind-screened area for breezy days.
Cuddle up by the large gas fireplace and watch the smart tv hidden behind mirrored doors (there’s a fine book collection from which to choose). The spacious main-level king bedroom boasts an ocean view, and there’s a roomy queen suite with TV on the lower level; a sofa sleeper in the living room lets you invite additional guests.
If you want to bring your pet, there’s a large dog kennel in the garage.

The bed we used was super comfy and we loved the bright, airy kitchen-dining-living room area. It was great being able to bring our dog and having the option to use the kennel in the garage. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would love to stay here again!”

Beautiful unobstructed views of the beach through large picture windows, house well stocked (except they need one more sofa/recliner blanket for movie watching, there was only one) and close to the beach for those special walks!!! Loved it, would stay here again!”

“Favorite Sandpiper Neighborhood We stayed at the Lea House which is on NW Hidden Lake Drive in the Sandpiper Village neighborhood. The houses on this street have awesome straight on ocean views. The plexi glass around the corner of the deck makes sitting out on the deck on a warm sunny but windy day totally enjoyable.”
“Perfect! What a wonderful home! This place was true beach comfort from the peekaboo view and the short walk to the waves to all the amenities of home. We even got to brung our pups which is a must! We spent our days lounging on the enclosed deck listening to the ocean after beach combing and perusing the shops in Newport. We’ll definitely be back!!!”
