The kitchen, which is large and nicely equipped, opens into an adjacent dining room and large living room. Also off of the kitchen is a nice sized family play room with a half bath. With a very large backyard, beach toys in the garage, this is a great home for families.
You're only 50 feet from the Cove, which is known for excellent surfing and miles of sandy beach. An excellent hiking trail can be found a few blocks south, and the golf course is just around the block and down the street.
The Prom is a short two blocks away from Surfers Cove. Being centrally located to all of the sights and sounds of Seaside, you and your family will want to make this your go to vacation spot for years to come! Escape to the beach and relax with friends and family today!

“WONDERFUL STAY. House was very roomy. Beds were very comfortable, house an property clean a well maintained. Couch an Love seat & recliner needs to be replaced. Kitchen is fully stocked. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our visit. Nice walk to the beach. Will visit again. Thank you.”
“Could have used more dishwasher packets- there was less than one for each day. Kitchen was well-equipped but was missing a cookie/baking sheet pan. Also would have appreciated a full length mirror in the main bedroom. Overall charming house & great experience, thanks!”

“NICE NO FRILLS. Our group of 8 ladies spent the weekend and had a great time. We even had a Tsunami warning. The weather was great, The beds were comfortable, and there was a good amount of space to spread out. Walking distance to downtown for the more energetic of the group. We had no need to contact property management while we were there. When I did contact them for questions they were quick to answer and very polite and professional. We need a place for our once a year getaway that has no stairs. Surfers Cove is perfect. We'll be back!”
