The living room has vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and a stately stone fireplace – perfect for relaxing after an adventure-filled day.
We love starting the morning with a quiet cup of coffee in the armchairs placed right in front of two oversized windows. Keep your eyes out for a whale spout in the distance.
Play the day away at the beach and then return to relax on the large deck just in time for sunset cocktails.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, and the gorgeous wooden dining table is the perfect place to gather to recount the day’s adventures.
Wake up to ocean views from the spacious primary king ensuite with flat screen TV, work out area, and access to a private deck. With three additional bedrooms – a queen with ocean views, flat screen TV, and access to the main deck, another queen with ocean views and a stone fireplace, and a twin over full bunk – your guests will be sure to rest comfortably during their stay.
Attention Large Groups! Traveling with a large group? You can also rent The Cottage which is on a neighboring private lot and shares beach access with The Montage.
With direct access to the beach from the property your family will be able to enjoy the sand without ever leaving the property. Please note this access is shared with the adjoining property.
Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children and infants is 8. Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors.

“This house was a complete disaster! An absolute disappointment pictures are very deceptive. There was no working heat system in a huge house when we were getting temperatures in the 40’s at night. None of the tv’s were working, the house was filthy, there were no pillow cases on any of the pillows on the beds, there were rodent droppings on the nightstand downstairs and on the floor around the tables upstairs. The dryer was left full of laundry for us to take care of, the dishwasher was full of unwashed dishes….the list goes on and on. I don’t know if it’s the fault of the management company or the owner. We left the house 2 days into a 12 day stay and went to another house managed by another company after several phone calls to the company handling this house with no resolution.”
