The Halpern House is a lovely, 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath, Pet Friendly, Ocean View home in a private neighborhood in Seal Rock. This home has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from the living and dining areas, and from the back deck which runs the width of the house.
The home is built in "reverse living style", to maximize the amazing view! All the bedrooms are on the main level, and the main living areas are upstairs. Vaulted ceilings and many windows add to tons of light!
This home is wonderful for a larger family or several couples, or retreats. Kitchen is great for entertaining, and is open to living room and; dining area. Downstairs master has a shower in master bath. The two guests bedrooms have a full bathroom to share. Home has a path that leads to a fantastic beach! You'll enjoy the beautiful beach, and shorebirds, and can even walk to Seal Rock when tide is out!

The house is cozy, quiet, and close to drive to Newport for a fishing trip and the aquarium.”
