“Five Stars! The pictures don't do it justice! This was a beautiful location and amazing view of the ocean and the rocks. I went during the off season so there was almost no one on the beach and people that were at the beach stayed close to the restaurant and public parking that was down the beach. I went during the week during the off season so a lot of restaurants in walking distance were closed. I was within driving distance of a lot of good restaurants plus the refrigerator was large so I brought Iced coffee, yogurt, cheese/meat/ crackers, milk/creamer and strawberries. The place was stocked with plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, utensils, dish soap/sponge, slow cooker, single hinge bottle opener, microwave and can opener. It doesn't have beach towels or beach chairs but it did have a beach umbrella. It also doesn't have wine glasses but they have juice glasses so if you like wine in a wine glass and not a juice glass bring one. There is parking and I believe it is one spot per room as there were 4 condos and only 4 parking spots so if you are going with 4 people take one car. This is a great off the beaten path location for people who want a quiet vacation where you are within 30 mins of the busy areas with various restaurants and shops but you can relax in the mornings and evenings to the sounds of the ocean and every once in a while a happy dog running along the beach. I didn't have any issues or problems during my stay and someone from the Meredith company texted to ask if everything was okay with check-in and to see if I needed anything. This was a perfect relaxing vacation and I didn't want to leave!”

“Beautiful, cozy unit! We loved our stay in this welcoming and homey unit! Very nice location and easy accessible ocean view! It is well taken care of and includes lots of amenities, including all the necessary kitchen utensils. Defiantly worth the stay!!”

The town of Rockaway had limited dining options and the condo is not equipped with a kitchen but otherwise really loved our time here!”

“Great view, it was quiet, customer service was great and nice, close to cute shops and a small food market, it got a little cold at times but the small wall heaters worked well and heated the place up quickly. Overall 4.0 stars”
