Well look no further than Lee’s Cottage located in the village of Neotsu boarding Lincoln City. This cute two bedroom, one bath cottage with great lake views, quick access to the beach and fully fenced back-yard makes the perfect getaway.
The home features a large front porch with views of Devil’s Lake and great proximity to all the best that the beach has to offer. Go for a quick drive and you are on the beach and in the middle of town, or head to the lake and rental paddle boats and float your worries away.
Dog Friendly for up to 2 dogs, no other pets allowed. Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time in or on the property.

“This rental is advertised as having a lake view. At best, it is a partial view of Devil's Lake. 50th ave. is a gravel road as are many of the roads in this area. That in itself would not be an issue if it were maintained. The ruts can cost you $$$ if you do not navigate this "road" carefully. The driveway of this cabin is also gravel and quite steep. It is a sharp turn into the driveway from 50th Ave. It is important to try and get some momentum so as not to get stuck trying to get up the driveway. We were two couples, all of us in our 60's. One of our friends fell in the driveway upon arrival and sustained some minor contusions as a result of the conditions. As for the "cabin", it is adequate. The people that live in this area are not much into yard maintenance. That's all good if you are the home owner and not renting that space to vacationers but it you are renting to guests, it would be nice if a little bit of the $200.00 per night rental was spent on mowing the lawn and trimming back the overgrown invasion of blackberry bushes. The proximity to Lincoln City is awesome.”
“LEE'S PLACE FOR THE WIN! Great rental. Clean and inexpensive. Drive way is very steep and unpleasant. TV is smaller than my computer monitor...but everything else is fantastic.”
“AWESOME Over all we were super happy with the rental. Location wise, it was about a 7 minute drive to town with easy access to shopping. The access to the property was kinds of sketchy as the road was unimproved.”
“Oregon Stay "Our experience was very positive with this location. It was just what our little family needed for a get away and a huge bonus that our fur babies were able to come with us. My daughter and I enjoyed the blackberry bushes even though they could use some maintenance. Overall, this location was great and the management company was wonderful to work with!"”
