The streamlined dining room adjoins the pretty, fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space, making meal prep and serving a cinch. You can also eat outdoors on the sunny deck with its gas barbecue.
Kids Space! The adults will want the main-floor queen bedrooms, but the downstairs bunk pad is kid territory: with bunk beds, bean-bag chairs and their own TV, the younger set will have it made. They’ll also love the large fenced yard and gathering with the family for marshmallows at the fire pit!
You can go your own ways in town, since you’re close to a city park, Laneda Avenue’s shops and dining and minutes from Manzanita Beach. It’s the perfect place for easy-going rejuvenation on the North Coast!

This house would be perfect for two families - with the two main bedrooms upstairs and the entire downstairs is a kids domain! It was literally a 15 second walk to Laneda Ave. Soooo close to everything, even the beach. Oh and there is a sweet ocean view even when sitting on the couch in the living room. The backyard looked awesome with the fun fire pit- we didn‚Äôt use because it rained...BUT I liked the home so much I booked it next month for a quick weekend trip with my family!”
“FIVE STARS! Cozy and comfortable house in an AMAZING location! My family had the best time here! The house is clean and updated, warm and inviting. The kitchen is stocked and the beds very comfortable. There is plenty of space for a family and while the weather wasn't great for us to enjoy the yard, it looked amazing too! It is in a super convenient location and we enjoyed walking down to the beach, to the park and all of the shops and restaurants on Laneda Ave.”
