About this home

Classic Pacific Northwest luxury is the experience you’ll have at The Sea Perch. Seated at Roads End cliffside, this exclusive beach manor is straight out of your favorite ocean movie, complete with the stunning cliff’s edge deck where you’ll see ocean and coast for miles. And that’s just the beginning.

With space for up to 16, The Perch makes a beautiful seaside getaway for family and friends wanting the luxury of home set against the rugged beauty of the Pacific Ocean. You’ll love the glorious views from every room. With comfortable seating and a warm fireplace, your biggest decision may be which to watch, the para-sailors touching down on the waves outside or the action on any of our six flatscreen TVs, or surfing the web with GIG speeds.

The gamers in your family will love the ultra-fast speed.

If entertained is what you’d like to be, the upstairs game room at The Perch delivers. With a fireplace, entertainment center, mini-pool and ping-pong table, plus professional Cyclone Foosball Table, and two sets of twin bunk beds, you could lose yourself in play.

Downstairs in the game room hang out and shoot some pool and watch the game on the extra large TV. When you’re too tired to strike up another game, you can slip off to bed in either the king or queen bedrooms or maybe crash in the vaulted ceiling sleeping space complete with a king bed and gas fireplace. No matter which bed you choose, you’re going to get a delicious night’s sleep.

If closer to the beach is where you’d like to be, you’ll want to snag one of the downstairs bedrooms. It’s just a step through the sliding doors in the queen room to your own private beach access. Bunk beds and the master bath adjoin the queen room, making it a perfect for parents and kids to get a good night’s rest.

Rested and relaxed is how you’ll feel after a soak in the oceanfront hot tub on our expansive deck. The Perch boasts the best sunset views in the Pacific Northwest. After a day beachcombing or strolling through town shopping, popping into the galleries, or enjoying your favorite games at Chinook Winds Casino, you’ll be ready to for an amazing meal.

While you could choose one of the many tasty restaurants in town, our kitchen will make dining-in a true treat. Our kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convection oven with gas range on a spacious kitchen island. Between the bar and high-top kitchen table, you’ll have plenty of room for cooking like a true chef.

That is, of course, if you’re not distracted by the expansive ocean views. If you are, you might want to cook over the barbeque outdoors.

Nothing says Pacific Northwest like an evening under the stars watching the tides roll in, except maybe long days spent strolling on the beach and chasing the waves. Nothing eases the tensions of daily life like a little ocean-style pampering. You can have that right here, at The Perch at Roads End, where luxury awaits.

Sea Perch also features an EV charger to plug in your Tesla or other EV's with the supplied adapter. You can have 3 vehicles at this home.

“Our extended family of grandparents, 3 couples and grandchildren spent 3 nights in July at Sea Perch house. It was our first time renting here. It is difficult to find an affordable vacation house for a group of 16 on a sandy beachfront. The setting is lovely with great views to the west. Everyone had a bed and the pool table and foosball were put to good use. The house has been remodeled over time and many of the reviews mentioned appliances that didn’t work and uncomfortable beds. Now the kitchen has top tier appliances that work great, with an extra refrigerator in the poolroom. It was very clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were what you would expect from a top ranked hotel. I appreciate the upgrades but really enjoy the feeling of it being a comfortable, but not fussy, house that we could relax in. At first, I was leery of the very close proximity of neighboring houses, but there was no problem with noise and our grandchildren loved having new friends to play with on the sandy beachfront just down the steps. The management was friendly and helpful when questioned. In fact we all talked about where to go next year and the consensus was that we should return to the Sea Perch. They said that it was the most comfortable house we had rented during the past 20 years. Thank you all for having such a remarkable house for us to rent.”

“FIVE STARS! BEACHFRONT VACATION The location of the house could not be beat; ocean front with the beach only steps away. Being able to sit in the hot tub while enjoying the ocean views was amazing! The house had some quirks ( some rooms only being accessed from another room, etc.), but that made it fun for the kids to explore. The game rooms were fantastic. The listing on vrbo indicated that the house has 5 bedrooms. That is not true. It only has 4 bedrooms with the "5th" room being a den with a foosball table and bunk beds, but the room does not have a door so no privacy if an adult needed to stay in the room. Overall, we had a great stay with friends.”

“FIVE STARS! GREAT LOCATION We picked Sea Perch for the view right over the water because in November it usually is rainy. It turned out to be a great weekend with only a shower on Friday morning. House was Perfect for the whole family and grandkids. we couldn't have asked for better accomodations. The private beach access was a plus just a few stairs to the sand. It was clean and well stocked and with there extra fridge in the garage we even had plenty of freezer space. The views were it!”
