You are invited to stay at this truly one of a kind property. The house sits on 2+ acres about 40 feet above the Rogue River providing spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Rogue River, and Isaac Lee Patterson Bridge.

Whether you are looking for your next adventure or some down time, this is the spot. You can easily explore the Redwoods, take a Jet Boat tour, do some World-Class Fishing, Surfing, Mountain Biking, walk on the beaches, watch the seals and birds, or sit in the Hot Tub on the Deck overlooking the water.

The House sleeps 8 people, 6 adults Max. The downstairs features a dining room, living room, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bath, fully stocked Kitchen, Family Room, and Laundry Room. The upstairs suite has a King Bed, a Full Size Day Bed, walk-in closet, and full bath.

The exterior has a new Trex deck with a 2022 6 person Hot Tub. The property has a seasonal waterfall, redwood tree, creek, and multiple yard areas for kids to play.

$325 is base rate for Spring. Holidays and Summer cost more.
