Surf Sounds - Studio, Walk to Beach, Dog Friendly

Surf Sounds is located on a private street just .4 miles (4 blocks) from the beach. It's a 780 square foot studio house with attached RV Garage that will hold your full sized pick up with ATV trailer, the Harley or your car. It's nestled among pine trees and wild rhododendrons, in a fantastic sunny wind protected area. While you can't see the beach, you can listen to the sounds of the surf, and enjoy a quick stroll down to the beach with your dog or children.

This is a studio, so it's one large room. It has an alcove for the queen bed . It's light and bright with lots of windows. The 32 inch TV is wall mounted on a pull/out swivel mount so you can see it from anywhere in the room.. The bathroom, has a shower tub combo.

You'll also find a large walk in closet and pantry area to store your things. The kitchen has a full size self cleaning electric range, microwave, full size refrigerator, a portable dishwasher and everything you'll need to cook. This is a great location for a couple, or a couple with small children. It also has a full size washer & dryer in the garage.

The living area has a snooker/pool table, love seat sofa sleeper (twin), with a 5 inch memory foam mattress. The TV has an expanded cable package, a Roku streaming internet TV box with unlimited Netflix, and a PlayStation 2 with games. There are 2 rattan chairs, and a very comfortable swivel rocker.

The patio beckons you to sit & relax with a glass of wine to wind down your day. We are sure that whatever you do, you will find a nice warm feeling when you return to Surf Sounds after your days activities.
