Sea Lion Surf at Heceta Beach

Sea Lion Surf is a 3 Bedroom, 1 bath, 1200 square foot beach view rental just 100 feet from the beach! It is the quintessential beach house. It started it's life as a top of the line single wide circa 1965.

Sometime in the 80's someone built a structure over the whole place, which doubled it's square footage, and made it extremely quiet. This gave it a spacious living room, 2 large bedrooms,1 small bedroom and a gorgeous glass sun porch. In the late 90's it received all new double paned vinyl windows, and in 2004 it was the recipient of all new carpet, paint and kitchen appliances.

This home has been comfortably decorated as a tropical paradise. With light and airy rattan & wicker, overstuffed cushions & down throw pillows you can truly unwind and relax. The living room and kitchen adjoin, so no one will miss what's going on.

The Master bedroom with Queen Bed, has a seashell down comforter, and a wonderful sitting area that includes wicker chaise lounge, where you can sit and enjoy the sunny afternoon view. There is also a 32 flat screen with streaming TV and a VCR player, so you can kick back and watch a movie or give the kids a place to hook up their game box.

The small bedroom, has a full size bed and the second bedroom with double futon, has an abundance of sun and a great view, it is decorated in a sea shell motif. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo unit and a also has a full size top loading washer & dryer. The kitchen has everything you need and a drop leaf table that will seat 6. You'll also find a card table for the sun porch if you'd like to leisurely work a jigsaw puzzle or play board games.

The best part is the glassed in sun porch which is as big as the living room, but is it's own separate room. With 7 floor to ceiling panels of glass it makes the views outstanding. It seems most of our guests spend their time there, watching the beach, the marvelous sunsets, and enjoying the all day sun....

For your evening enjoyment we've just added a very nice electric fireplace. This house offers ample room for the whole family to spread out. It's the perfect place for your Holiday or Rhododendron festival gathering.

There's room to park 4 cars, or two atv/boat trailers.
