With a beautiful new deck and fire pit located at the front of the house, what a perfect place for coffee in the morning and your favorite adult beverage in the evening. Lights strung above the deck add their own touch of starlight to this perfect evening oasis.

Enter this newly remodeled home and find the living room to your right and the kitchen and dining room to your left. You’ll feel right at home in the modern yet cozy living room. New furnishings – with a great beachy vibe – allow you to settle in and comfortably relax.

A light and airy remodeled kitchen awaits you! Friends and family will gather together in the welcoming kitchen and dining room. With a small deck just off the dining room – check out that gas BBQ – you can easily cook outside as well as inside, depending upon the menu of the day.

This floor features a newly remodeled bathroom, with a shower and a stackable washer and dryer nearby for easy access.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, each slightly different. The first bedroom has a king bed and some views of the water. Plenty of light comes from the large windows, while hanging quilts add whimsy and charm.

The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or the gamers who need their own space. A screen for games sits on the desk, so the kids are ready to go for those rainy days (or, ok – any given day!)

The third bedroom has a queen bed, lots of natural light, and mirrors the first bedroom with those delightful hanging quilts.

A newly remodeled bathroom completes the upstairs. The deep skylight offers extra light, giving this space a clean and calming feel.

The House at Cannon Beach sits in a well-established neighborhood, which means the parking is a little different. When you get to the house, to find the parking you’ll go to the end of the block and turn left on Laurel and halfway down that block will be an alleyway on your left. You turn down the alleyway and go a couple of houses down and the next driveway will be for the House at Cannon Beach.
