You can’t beat the location of your new favorite vacation destination, “Rebel Quarters”!! Our newly designed condo has more than just a great location – we have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and our neighborhood community has tennis, swimming pool, and even a clubhouse with a pool table. Our prime location is less than a mile from both Vaught Hemingway Stadium and Swayze Field – and a quick 5-minute drive to the Square where you can enjoy the amazing restaurants and darling shops and boutiques.

– Our condo amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis, and clubhouse with pool table and TVs

– Keurig coffee pot for your morning coffee

– Master ensuite with king bed, bonus twin bed, & Smart TV

– Swimming pool, tennis courts, and fitness center

– Luxe toiletries, freshly laundered linens, and fluffy white towels

– We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies.

– We are pleased to offer concierge services for an additional fee – we will shop for your groceries and stock the condo in advance of your arrival!

– Walking distance or a short drive to the Ole Miss Campus (our location is where people used to park to walk to games before Turnberry was built!)

– Our central location is close to all of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment Oxford is known for

– Free WiFi (not responsible for service disruptions).

– PET FREE PROPERTY – Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.

– Rebel Quarters is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!

***CANCELLATION POLICY: Oxford Vacation Rentals does not allow cancellations for football games, concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss Graduation. For all other dates, we have a 60 day cancellation policy***

– Minimum Age: Rebel Quarters requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.

– All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.

– Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!

– We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.

– Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

– Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you. We do offer early arrival or late check out for an additional fee – please check with us for availability.

– No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home.

– During busy game weekends and other events, security will require a copy of your rental agreement to make sure all cars parked on property belong there.

*Departure instructions – we don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests! We only ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!

“Rebel Quarters” is located within the Turnberry condo complex, giving you a beautiful, central area to base yourself just minutes from all the action. Here you’ll have everything Oxford has to offer with is beautiful old brick buildings, lush magnolia and crepe myrtle trees, and the gorgeous historic streets lined with boutique shops and delicious eats. Turnberry offers a pool, tennis, and a clubhouse with a pool table!

Take a 5 minute drive to the Square, the hub of the city and home to a variety of shops and elegant boutiques including the South’s oldest department store. Around the best, you will find one of the nation’s most renowned independent bookstores and an art gallery featuring a variety of art forms and monthly showings. The Square is also where you will find some amazing culinary experiences with famed restaurants like City Grocery and Boure.
