The house has lots of natural light, central air, and a spacious eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with a water dispenser. The kitchen is stocked with small appliances, dishes, and pots and pans. The yard is fully fenced, with a large deck, table and chairs, an outdoor shower, a grill, and a fire pit. It is less than half a mile to Haigis Beach, on a quiet street.

There are TVs in the living room, the primary bedroom, a den with two chairs, and the downstairs bedroom. Ceiling fans are in every room. The lower level was remodeled with extra sleeping space, a full bathroom, and a sitting area.
Parking for 4–5 cars. Pets are welcome.
Linens and towels are not provided. Comforters, pillows, and cushions for the outside chairs are provided.
Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
