The downstairs studio has a separate locked entrance for added privacy. It includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, and TV, making it ideal for extended families, couples traveling together, or guests who prefer their own space.
The outdoor areas are where this property truly shines. The large yard includes a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a picnic table with umbrellas, comfortable outdoor furniture, and an outdoor refrigerator/freezer. Guests can fish from the private dock, launch the provided kayaks, or simply relax beside the water. The Jourdan River is about 8-10 minutes away by boat by way of the Wyatt Canal.
A large U-shaped driveway offers convenient parking, plus a large side lot with room for boats and boat trailers and a public launch nearby. Keyless entry makes arrival simple. The property also includes thoughtful touches for families traveling with infants and young children.
The setting is private and secluded, yet close to everything: 2.1 miles to Hollywood Casino and a short golf cart or car ride to downtown Bay St. Louis.
Please note that the cargo lift is reserved for owner and service use and is not available for guest use at any time.
Boaters will appreciate the water access: the home sits on the canal, roughly 8-10 minutes by boat to the Jourdan River by way of the Wyatt Canal, with the bay just beyond. Please note that tide levels affect boat clearance beneath a nearby bridge, so guests should consider their vessel’s height and check current tide conditions before navigating beneath it. Boats with T-tops will not clear the bridge.
A large side lot provides room for boats and boat trailers, and a public launch is nearby. Please notify the host if you plan to bring or rent a boat that will be docked at the property.
